Session Three (12:30-1 pm): AMEB presentation – Short Q & A session with a
demonstration of storytelling, as prepared for AMEB exams.

A SDTAWA Poetry Award for 2015 was conferred recently for the most outstanding Second Year WAAPA student. The winner for 2015 is Mr Rory O’Keefe

A Professional Development session is to be held at ECU titled, iPad /Tablet – Effective Applications for Speech and Drama Teachers by Jenny Lane.
Jenny Lane is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Education and the Arts. She holds a leadership in ICT portfolio and is interested in applications of technology in learning and teaching E-Learning. She was recently awarded The Early Career Award by the West Australian Institute of Educational Research (WAIER)
She has been awarded The Vice Chancellors Award for Teaching Excellence 2009 and is a nominee for an Australian Learning and Teaching Council Award (ALTC) award for excellence in teaching.
